Letter: When Trump met the Russians

My wife and I and many of our friends vividly recall several months ago when President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin came before the cameras to talk about the conference they had.
Putin hopped jauntily on the stage with a big smile, whereas Trump walked slowly onstage with a very somber expression on his face. Step forward a few months, and we now hear that the meeting was private with only an interpreter present.
Trump never disclosed one word about what was discussed with Putin and the interpreter was sworn to secrecy. You don’t have to be a genius to figure out that the very private conference would reveal many things and that our president could probably be placed in a criminal position.
The time has arrived for Trump to reveal what happened or face impeachment proceedings.
