Utah-USC kickoff time announced

College football kickoff times around the state, including an earlier game for BYU.

The final Pac-12 showdown between Utah and USC has been set.

The Utes will play at 6 p.m. MT (5 p.m. local) in Los Angeles on Oct. 21. It might be the final time the two teams meet for the foreseeable future, as Utah moves to the Big 12 and USC enters the Big Ten.

The last time the two teams played was in Las Vegas for the Pac-12 championship game last December. Utah won on a night when USC quarterback Caleb Williams famously painted “[expletive] Utah” on his nails.

Around the state, BYU will host Texas Tech at 5 p.m. MT on Saturday. It is a slightly earlier kickoff for the Cougars, who have played almost exclusively past 8 p.m. at home this year.

Utah State will be on the road at San Jose State. Kickoff has been set for 5 p.m. MT.
