LDS apostle Russell M. Ballard tells BYU students to avoid discrimination. He said: “We consider every person divine.” Until some are treated not so divine anymore. The church itself practices discrimination constantly. LDS LGTBQ human beings who dare to fall in love with a person of the same sex are not allowed to go into the temple for their so-called eternal blessings. In the hereafter they will reside in a lower heaven.
Hundreds of young LGTBQ people have committed suicide and many, many more have left the church for not being accepted by God (they are told), church leaders and often their family. What a pain, suffering and loss of precious lives!
So who is discriminating here? Their eternal fate is already decided here on earth, by human beings as well as of many others who are called less valiant. According to Matthew 19:12, Jesus stated the fact that some eunuchs are born that way from their mothers womb, and some were eunuchs made of men and some have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He does not condemn them, but says that no one is good but God. All we have to do is “Keep the (10) commandments.”
