Letter: We need more than the ERA — we need a cultural shift

I was shocked to read the statement Donna Kelly quoted from the Utah constitution. In the 40-plus years I’ve lived in Utah, women have not been treated equally. Ratifying the Equal Rights Amendment is all well and good, but what do we do about pervasive cultural attitudes?
