Letter: Beware of Trump meddling with the Second Amendment
(Patrick Semansky | AP) President Donald Trump speaks with reporters before boarding Air Force One at Morristown Municipal Airport in Morristown, N.J., on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, en route to a campaign rally in Manchester, N.H.
With all of the fear and anxiety over our mass shootings, we should be very cautious about encouraging Trump to alter our Second Amendment to the Constitution. I am sure he has every intention of doing just that. Once he is elected KING (reelected president), he will rephrase the right to bear arms to read: Only white supremacists will have the right to own and bear arms.
