Tribune alum Danyelle White starts as Senior Director for Audience on April 1.
White comes to The Tribune from Lucid, where she most recently served as a Director of Content Marketing.
Under White’s leadership, The Tribune brings together its subscriber growth initiatives, product and organic audience growth efforts.
A former editor at The Tribune from 2007-2012, White is deeply invested in the future of The Tribune.
“For me, rejoining The Tribune at this stage in the organization’s history is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” White said. “It’s a chance to marry my first career — journalism — with the work I’ve been doing for the past near-decade matching high-quality content with its most relevant audiences. I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to make an impact on my community and to help nonprofit news become a thriving business model.”
A lifelong Utah Jazz and University of Utah sports fan, White says she knew the Utah Fight song by heart before entering kindergarten. She’s also an avid reader and supporter of the local arts, including the symphony, opera and Ballet West.
