Judge refuses to dismiss lawsuit challenging Utah Legislature’s redistricting process

The League of Women Voters of Utah and Mormon Women for Ethical Government were among those suing, alleging Utah’s redistricting for federal congressional districts was “illegal gerrymandering.”
