Both fires were contained without injury.

Two fires were extinguished by firefighters Saturday at businesses across the Wasatch Front.

Firefighters responded to IconoCLAD consignment store — located at 414 E 300 S — at 7:46 a.m., according to a Salt Lake City fire official. The fire was contained 10 minutes after emergency services arrived.

IconoCLAD, which was voted one of the city’s best thrift stores, temporarily closed on Saturday while workers assessed damage to the store. The fire remains under investigation.

The fire at Lagoon started just before 9 a.m. at the park’s candy shop, according to Fox 13. Employees discovered the blaze and fire crews quickly got control of the fire.
