Looking for an Easter brunch spot? You still have options.

Some Utah restaurants still have reservations open, and many will have tables available for walk-in customers.

(Leah Hogsten | Salt Lake Tribune file photo) Chicken and waffles are one of the items on Hub & Spoke Diner's brunch buffet menu — one of the many Utah restaurants offering Easter specials.

Though the recent snow along the Wasatch Front may say otherwise, Easter is just a few days away.

It’s so close to Easter, in fact, that booking brunch reservations might be tough — more so than usual. With Sunday’s weather still on the cool side (highs are expected to be in the 50s in Salt Lake City), patio seating may be tighter. But there are still options.

All the entries listed here reflect reservation availability for Sunday, April 17, and were accurate as of press time, but spots were going quickly. If you find yourself unable to make a reservation, we included several popular restaurants that don’t take reservations, or keep some waitlist spots open.
