ESPN’s College GameDay coming to Salt Lake for Utah vs. Oregon

It will be the fifth time Salt Lake City has hosted the program.

College GameDay is coming back to Salt Lake City.

The popular ESPN show returns to Utah on Saturday for a premier Pac-12 matchup between the No. 13 Utes and the No. 8 Oregon Ducks.

It will be the fifth time Salt Lake City has hosted the program, and the first since ESPN came to town in 2016 for a game between a fourth-ranked Washington team and a 17th-ranked Utah squad.

Where will the set be?

The GameDay crew will broadcast from Presidents Circle from 7-10 a.m. MT. The stage will face east, with fans and the Park Building in the background.

Expecting a crowd

University of Utah students can start lining up at 6 p.m. Friday and will be allowed to camp at President’s Circle. Tents and other items must be cleaned up by 5 a.m. Saturday, the U. says. No alcohol is allowed in the camping area. Admission is free.
