It’s the doldrums of the NBA’s offseason, and while some Jazzmen are already in Salt Lake City working out, others are going elsewhere to find top competition to play against.

In this week’s edition of the Weekly Run podcast, Tony Jones and Andy Larsen examine tape of Rudy Gobert and Dante Exum playing in Rico Hines' pickup games in California, where they faced some of the toughest competition in the NBA, including Kevin Durant and Paul George. How did Gobert and Exum look?

We also examine proposed new rules changes that the NBA will vote on in a month, and how they might impact the Jazz.

Here’s a rundown of this week’s podcast:

At 5:15 • What do we see in the Rico Hines runs?

At 8:30 • How did Rudy Gobert make an impact in a pickup setting?

At 10:18 • Did Dante Exum look good? Has he added to his game?

At 29:45 • Will the shot clock reset to 14 after offensive rebounds change the NBA?

At 32:45 • Is the NBA eliminating Euro-fouling on fast breaks? How much does that hurt the Jazz?
