Letter: No mask, no shopping
(Nam Y. Huh | AP file photo) Shoppers enter and exit Costco for grocery shopping as they wear face masks and gloves during the coronavirus outbreak in Northbrook, Ill., Saturday, April 11, 2020.
USA Today reports that 30 grocery store workers have died as a result of COVID-19 and that thousands may be infected.
We need these front-line people to sustain our food supply chain. It is time for all essential businesses to establish a “no mask, no entrance” rule.
Masks protect other customers and protect vitally important employees. The message is simple: When in public, wear a mask, and any mask is better than none.
