Letter: Will Legislature follow church policy?
(Scott Sommerdorf | Tribune file photo) The Salt Lake LDS Temple and the Utah State Capitol are seen together on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.
So the LDS Church has finally decided to prohibit its members from bringing guns to church.
Well, if logic prevails, the Utah Legislature made up of a supermajority of LDS members should now reconsider the law that allows guns on college campuses and other public places.
Will they finally do the right thing for once? Gov. Herbert could even convene a special session to rescind this law.
