Mike Noel, as a state legislator, water district manager and major property/water rights holder, advocates for billions of dollars to pipe millions of gallons of water to the backdoor of his 700-acre property. He claims he doesn’t have to declare that ownership as there’s no conflict of interest.
For once it appears that he’s right; there’s no conflict there.
It’s obviously a “winner, winner, chicken dinner” for him, at the taxpayers’ expense.
