A man discovered his biological father was on Utah’s death row. Now he wants to help Douglas Carter start over.

With Carter’s conviction reversed, his son and daughter-in-law promised to help him adjust to life outside prison if a judge grants him bail. The victim’s family pleaded for him to remain jailed.
