Interstate-80 has been shut down in both directions in Parleys Canyon, as state troopers try to catch two loose moose on Sunday afternoon.
“There are two moose loose and as soon as we can and have them tranquilized and transported out of the area the canyon will re-open permanently,” the Utah Highway Patrol announced on its Twitter account around 1:50 p.m. “Please use caution as you approach our emergency vehicles.”
