Fraud suit targets LDS Church, new rules take aim at ‘troubled teen’ industry, and more on ‘Behind the Headlines’

A member of a prominent Utah family accuses The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of fraud and sues to try to recoup millions of dollars in tithing. There’s increased oversight coming to Utah’s “troubled teen” industry. And a look at the bills signed, left unsigned and vetoed by new Gov. Spencer Cox, including measures on pornography, social media, bail reform and the Utah Inland Port.
