Utah leaders react to mass shooting at Texas church

As news broke of a mass shooting at a south Texas church on Sunday, the nation’s leaders turned to social media to show their support and express their thoughts on gun violence in America. While Texas Gov. Greg Abbott called the incident an “evil act,” President Donald Trump tweeted “May God be w/ the people of Sutherland Springs, Texas. The FBI & law enforcement are on the scene. I am monitoring the situation from Japan.”
