Tan France, the “Queer Eye” star and a Utah transplant, is selling his Tudor-reminiscent Salt Lake City dream home.

The house, located at 299 E. Oak Forest Road, is listed on Zillow for $7.5 million.

The 6,903-square-foot home sits on 3.36 acres. It is a part of the North Cove gated community, which has around-the-clock security, according to the listing.

France addressed the news on his Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon in a video stating that he and his husband, Rob France, are moving to New York.

“It’s a house that we are crazy about, that we thought would be our forever home,” France said.

The designer went on to explain that for the last decade, he’s said no to “almost everything” because he flies so much for work.

“We live in this bubble, which is gorgeous, don’t get me wrong,” France said, “But we’re not really living, we’re just kind of getting through life.”

France’s home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has a swimming pool, a heated driveway, a glass atrium in the garden, and an accessory unit with a gym, kitchenette, full bedroom, and three-quarter bathroom.

From the bright red front door to the different-colored wallpapers in every room, everything has France’s fingerprints on it. The home’s construction and design were featured in “Architectural Digest” two years ago.

France made the decision to move to Utah during a 2006 visit.

“I went out to dinner at Chili’s on Fourth South,” France said in 2018, “and at the end of that meal, I said to my friend, ‘I’m going to live here one day.’”

France is most well-known for his role as the stylist on Netflix’s “Queer Eye.” France is also a fashion designer and co-hosted “Next in Fashion.”

The property was listed on Monday and will be available starting May 29.
