On ‘Real Housewives of SLC,’ one woman has lost touch with reality. And several of them freak out.

Drag makeup, and an argument about who can call themselves ‘middle class.’ (Hint: It’s not these ladies.)

(Presley Ann | Bravo) Lisa Barlow in an episode of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City."

It was a big week for Lisa Barlow on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” — she freaked out on the girls’ trip to Palm Springs, California, and lost touch with the middle class.

In the Sept. 26 episode, Lisa refuses to take part in a drag makeup/clothing contest. “It’s not about looking ugly,” she insists. “It’s about my face. … Listen, I like to look a certain way when I’m out in public.”

She also says she spends “$60,000 a year on glam”; she gets her makeup done “daily” by a makeup artist, who is “on retainer”; she paid her makeup artist $2,500 to fly to Palm Springs and paid her airfare; and she gets made up every time she leaves the house, including trips to the grocery store.

Monica Garcia accuses Lisa of being “materialistic,” and Lisa insists she “100%” relates to “middle-class America.” Monica shoots back, “Middle-class people don’t have $60,000 rings.” Lisa replies, “Yes, they do,” destroying her argument that she can relate to the middle class.

(Presley Ann | Bravo) Angie Katsanevas, Monica Garcia and Whitney Rose in an episode of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City."

• Unhappy that she didn’t get a T-shirt from Meredith Marks, Angie Katsanevas takes a Sharpie and makes her own. Angie says, “I can be petty, too. It was either make this T-shirt or call a hit out on her family.”

• Meredith and Monica bond. They both bad-mouth Angie. Monica says she’s “seeing so much weird unexplainable behavior from [Angie] this trip.”

• Heather blames the fact that she drank so much the previous evening, got sick and barfed on the shuttle bus on the other women. “Every time I ordered an espresso martini it was a test … of my friends, to see if I can trust them to keep me on track,” she says. “And they obviously failed me.”

• Mary refuses to get off the shuttle bus for a trust-building activity with the other women. “I don’t need somebody to tell me how to build a stronger bond with people. I already have my relationship built … with my higher help,” she says, pointing to heaven.

Sitting on the bus, Mary says to herself, “that is strange. That sign says ‘humps.’ It usually says ‘bumps.’ Why would they put ‘humps?’” She also wonders why Meredith didn’t plan the activity “somewhere a little more luxurious” than a park.

(Presley Ann | Bravo) Meredith Marks and Mary Cosby in an episode of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City."

• Whitney asks Mary, “Why would you come on a girls trip with people you don’t want to be with?” Mary does not answer.

• Lisa tells Monica her behavior is hypocritical, and Angie agrees. Monica tears into Angie: “You live up her [expletive], so stay there.” She turns to Lisa and says, “No one can hear you ‘cause your dog [Angie] is barking for you.”

Monica isn’t doing herself any favors. In a confessional, Whitney says, “I mean, I’m just getting to know Monica. I haven’t seen this side of her. I think it’s nasty. And I’m stunned. Is this how you treat all of your friends?”

• Whitney says Meredith is “a drag.” Meredith calls Whitney “a monster” and “disgusting.”

• Meredith says Angie is “a pitbull.” Angie replies, “You look like a trampoline with eyes.” (What?) Meredith laughs.

• Monica, who has previously admitted that she was one of the now-imprisoned Jen Shah’s assistants, now says she was an assistant because she didn’t get paid. Angie says that’s a lie and calls Monica “shady” and “fake.”
