Sam Merrill and Neemias Queta were taken in the NBA Draft just one year apart — Merrill in 2020 by the Milwaukee Bucks and Queta in 2021 by the Sacramento Kings.
Now, the two former Utah State Aggies stars appear to be reuniting in northern California.
Merrill has signed a contract with the Kings, per a report by Yahoo Sports. He was a free agent coming into this NBA offseason.
Merrill won a championship with the Bucks in the 2020-21 season.
Queta played in 14 games for the Kings last season, averaging 3.2 points and 2.2 rebounds per game in limited action.
