A game from the upcoming Major League Soccer tournament in Orlando, Florida, has been postponed due to COVID-19.

The match between FC Dallas and the Vancouver Whitecaps was originally slated for Thursday. But it was postponed due to players from both teams testing positive within the last week.

Nine players and one staff member from FC Dallas have reportedly tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The league confirmed Wednesday the positive tests for six of those players.

The Whitecaps, meanwhile, had two positive tests pop up before leaving for Orlando, which postponed their arrival. Those tests were ultimately deemed as false positives, and now Vancouver will get to Florida on Monday after originally being scheduled to arrive July 1.

The league on Thursday announced six more people tested positive for COVID-19, four of which were players. There have been recent reports that a Minnesota United player tested positive and that the Montreal Impact cut a training session short due to a suspected positive test.
