As our democracy is being snatched away from us, I have been thinking of who might be our heroes if we are able to keep it. Three people come to mind: Heather Cox Richardson, who daily chronicles our losses and gains with an historical bent on Substack; Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, who is the leader fighting back against our bully and turning away from America; and our own Lt. Gov. Henderson, who is vigorously defending our right to vote.
