Most know and believe mail voting is safe, accurate and more convenient. The military used mail-in voting during the Civil War, so this is not a new, untested thing.
But I was shocked to hear that, in some states, they do not enclose a prepaid return envelope as Utah does.
All return mail voter ballots in the United States should be prepaid. People should not have to pay anything to exercise the right to vote.
Using a prepaid return envelope through the mail would be charged to the government. Those put directly into a ballot box, as I did, would not be charged by the United States Postal Service.
