How can Donald Trump even think about eliminating payroll taxes?
Instead of eliminating the payroll tax, which will affect Social Security, the tax should be increased on high wage earners instead of stopping at $9,499 as it does now.
Trump stated last week he would eliminate the tax if he reelected, without undercutting the retirement program or greatly adding to the deficit, arguing the economic growth would offset the revenue losses. Who is he kidding? That just doesn't make sense.
Please call your senators and congressmen and let them know your thoughts on the subject.
