Columbia University disease modelers believe that if the United States had imposed social-distancing measures one week earlier in March, about 36,000 fewer people would have died. If they had imposed social-distancing two weeks earlier, they believe about 83% of the nation’s deaths would have been avoided.
When Donald Trump was running for president, he said, "I could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and not lose a single vote."
So I'd like to ask all you MAGA hat wearing Trump supporters who have continued to support him in spite of (or maybe because of) the almost daily outrages that come out of the White House, is 36,000 fellow citizens enough for you? Is there even an amount of deaths that would be too much for you to continue supporting him?
Many of us always knew who Donald Trump was. Come November, we'll find out who his followers are.
