Letter: Close the state parks

How in the world does it make sense to allow people who live in the county of a state park to enter the park but no one else?
Is the COVID-19 bug carried by an approved county resident less infectious than the COVID-19 bug carried by someone from outside that county?
C'mon, guv. Close state parks entirely.
