Letter: In November, it will be the voters’ turn

With all the issues made public in the media lately, I have observed that the peoples of this country have become more aware of how the political factions effect the everyday functions in society.
With the decisions made in policy by elected officials, it occurs to me how important it is to support those elected to represent the citizens in the decision making policies.
The issues at hand at this point in time are a demonstration of courage and integrity for those we select to represent us in these crucial matters. I am hoping that for those of us that are disappointed in the actions of our elected officials, we would mark our calendars in November to remember the performance of some elected officials and give thoughtful research before voting for candidates who are running for office.
