Letter: Just stay on standard time all year

(Rick Egan | Tribune file photo) Sunset from North Salt Lake, Friday, Feb. 23, 2018.

I applaud the Utah Senate effort to stop changing the clocks back and forth. It really messes with a person’s circadian rhythm.

I do not agree with the plan to stay on daylight savings time however. If we stay on daylight saving time it will stay too dark in the morning all winter, which is a danger to school kids in the morning. We should stay on Mountain Standard Time all year.
