Letter: At least Romney has a moral compass
(Alex Brandon | AP Photo) Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, center, talks with reporters as he heads to the Senate for a vote, on Capitol Hill, Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019 in Washington.
In a raging political sea of impeachment, with Republicans heeding the destructive Siren call of Trump, there seems to be few who are rising to change the course.
I am grateful that Mitt Romney has a moral compass. It is not mutiny to leave the party ship but the recognition that the “captain” is steering the boat with a crooked rudder.
