Letter: The Tribune shows its bias

I have noticed throughout the years that The Salt Lake Tribune is biased when it comes to informing the readers of various organizations by only stating organizations that are left-leaning. For example: Alliance for Better Utah is so labeled by The Tribune, but never a right-leaning organizations. For example, not labeling Eagle Forum as right-leading. Why is The Tribune biasing their readers?

sltrib.com is now free to access — no subscription required. We made this decision because we believe access to trustworthy, independent news shouldn’t depend on what you can afford — especially as misinformation and AI-generated content continue to rise.

Free to read doesn’t mean free to produce. Our reporters show up every day to ask hard questions and hold powerful institutions to account. That work takes resources.
