Letter: What about a woman’s view of sports?
(Leah Hogsten | The Salt Lake Tribune) Utah's MyKayla Skinner scored a 9.975 on the vault as No. 3 University of Utah gymnastics team meets BYU gymnastics at the Marriot Center, Jan. 10, 2019.
Every day I cringe when I read the “Lineup” in the sports section of the newspaper. Is there really no female athlete in Utah who could contribute a woman’s viewpoint on the subject?
It would be a welcome addition for us female readers who want the latest information or even historical accounts of athletic news involving female athletes in the state. Could this become an addition to the all male association of this vital group of reporters? I would appreciate these women's thoughts and opinions on the subject.
Just a suggestion.
