Letter: How can people support Trump?
(Evan Vucci | Associated Press file photo) President Donald Trump arrives to speak to the annual meeting of the National Rifle Association, Friday, April 26, 2019, in Indianapolis.
Whether you are a Republican or a Democrat or an independent, I think it is hard to ignore all the negative things about President Donald Trump that, yes, have been proven to be accurate.
That said, I really don’t understand how Trump’s base never seems to deviate from the 40% range. To me and my family, making fun of cripples and calling names of those who disagree with him, as Trump has done and seems to enjoy doing, is more than enough reason not to vote for him.
