Letter: I have mixed emotions about Huntsman
(Trent Nelson | Tribune file photo) Jon Huntsman Jr., seen here in 2008 while he was Utah's governor, may again seek the office. Behind him is Gary Herbert, who was lieutenant governor at the time.
I read the headline “Jon Huntsman considers return to Utah, governor race” in the April 9 edition of The Salt Lake Tribune with mixed emotions.
Despite our partisan differences, I like Jon Huntsman. He’s intelligent, articulate and decisive.
On the downside, he stuck us with Gary Herbert, and for that I may never forgive him.
