Letter: What we should have learned in kindergarten

In 1986, Robert Fulghum wrote a popular book titled “All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten.”
It’s time for Washington to review the principles of that work or get a kindergarten teacher in there to deal with the childish bickering.
