Letter: Conservatives don’t know what the word evidence means

Conservatives say there isn’t evidence that after school programs work.

They say there isn’t evidence that sex education works.

They say there isn’t evidence that climate change is real.

They say there isn’t evidence that gun control works.

And yet, most of them say there is evidence for the god they believe in.

I don’t think they know what the word evidence means, they are wrong on every aforementioned topic. Here, I’ll help you out...

1. The available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid.
