GOP lawmakers pass abortion clinic ban in Utah, Gov. Cox expected to sign into law
Rep. Karianne Lisonbee’s bill, which would stop licensing abortion clinics in May and prohibit them from operating in January, cleared the Utah Senate on Thursday.
