Tyler Robinson can’t face death penalty because Charlie Kirk shooting didn’t endanger others, defense argues

A single shot fired at Kirk did not create a “great risk of death” to others, defense attorneys argue, saying prosecutors haven’t presented enough evidence to make Robinson eligible for the death penalty.
