At least 49 women reported sexual assaults by a Utah OB-GYN. Prosecutors filed charges related to 8 — and now say they’re stopping.

The decision leaves allegations from dozens of other women outside the criminal prosecution, even as civil lawsuits have drawn more than 200 sexual assault claims.
