A comedy legend at the Eccles

Delayed nearly two years because of the pandemic, the great comic performer Carol Burnett will visit Salt Lake City to reflect on her long career — including her years as the star of “The Carol Burnett Show” — and take audience questions, in two performances on Monday and Tuesday at the Eccles Theater, 131 S. Main St., Salt Lake City. Both shows start at 7:30 p.m. Tickets, starting at $67, are available at ArtTix.org.

Jazz back home, to face the Lakers

After a long road swing on the East coast, the Utah Jazz return home to face LeBron James (if he’s healthy) and the Los Angeles Lakers. The game happens Thursday, with tipoff at 8 p.m., at Vivint Smart Home Arena, 301 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City. Tickets available at vivintarena.com.

Utah poets raise money for Ukraine

Tickets are $25 each, with proceeds going to the International Red Cross in Ukraine. Sponsored by Weller Book Works, The King’s English Bookshop and the Utah Honorary Consul of Ukraine.
