Pennsylvania man, 54, dies at Park City Mountain

Officials did not release further information on how the accident occurred.

A 54-year-old Pennsylvania man died at Park City Mountain on Saturday in a skiing accident, officials said in a news release.

Medical helicopters were dispatched to the scene when ski patrol found the man near the Molly’s Trees area of the mountain. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Park City Mountain and the entire Vail Resorts family extend our deepest sympathy and support to the family and friends of this guest,” said Mike Goar, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Park City Mountain.

Officials did not release the man’s name or any further information on how the accident occurred.
