“Shots Fired,” a documentary from The Salt Lake Tribune and the PBS series “FRONTLINE,” focuses on an expanded version of The Tribune’s police shooting database identifying racial disparities and the prevalence of mental health issues. It also gives viewers an unprecedented look inside police training in Utah.
