Unified Police are looking for a teen last seen in Salt Lake City on July 14.
The 16-year-old has been identified only as Kandis, though she sometimes goes by the name Brooklyn, police said. The teen has unspecified health conditions that require her to take medication and is believed to be with an older male.
Officials say that the teen had run away on previous occasions but has never been gone for this long.
Police say the woman is 5 feet 3 inches and 135 pounds with hazel eyes and naturally blond hair that has been dyed dark brown.
The department asks that anyone with information call 801-743-7000 to help locate the girl.
