Herriman police located an 11-year-old boy who left his home on Sliding Rock Way (near 4000 West and 14900 South) about 2 a.m. on Wednesday. Police did not say why Jaxon Allen left.
Police said they had no reason to believe that Allen was in immediate danger, but they were concerned for his safety because of his age. The boy was found unharmed.
