Murray police have identified a man shot to death on Friday, and they’re still asking for the public’s help to identify the shooter.

Jak Yiek Mun, 34, of Murray was shot in a parking lot near the intersection of Fireclay Avenue and Main Street at about 5:30 p.m., police said. According to witnesses, Mun was in a car when he began arguing with one or possibly two people standing outside the car, and one person fired several shots into the vehicle.

Mun began to drive away but was involved in an accident. Police arrived and called in paramedics. Mun was taken to a hospital, where he died.
