Boiler explosion at Little America injures two

Two people were injured Monday morning when a boiler exploded at the Little America Hotel, officials confirmed.
The victims were taken to a hospital. The extent of their injuries is not yet known, according to the Salt Lake City Fire Department.
The accident happened shortly after 10 a.m. while two workers were servicing the boiler, according to the fire department. The building where the boiler is located did not have any guests staying in it. Traffic was closed in front of the hotel at 500 S. Main Street.
