The Salt Lake City mayor’s office is up for grabs this year, with a guarantee of new leadership after Mayor Jackie Biskupski’s announcement in March that she would not be seeking reelection. The Nov. 5 election will feature the two survivors from August’s primary election and assures the city its third female mayor in history when the winner takes office in January 2020.
