Man’s body found in irrigation pipe in Cache County

A man’s body was found face down in an irrigation pipe Monday in Cache County, FOX 13 reported.

A neighbor spotted the man in the pipe early Monday in Benson, which is northwest of Logan, Cache County sheriff’s deputies said. The neighbor pulled the man out of the pipe and deputies performed CPR, but he died at the scene, deputies said.

Investigators didn’t know how long the man was inside the water in the pipe, which is 2 feet in diameter, deputies said.
