The driver of a car that collided with a FrontRunner train in North Salt Lake on Thursday morning suffered minor injuries and no one on the train was hurt, but commuters are experiencing “significant delays.”
UTA issued an alert at 7:40 a.m. that a bus bridge had been set up between the Woods Cross and North Temple stations, and that commuters should “expect significant delays of at least 30 minutes.” By 11:10 a.m., trains had resumed their regular schedules with “possible residual delays.”
The investigation into the accident is continuing.
