A 33-year-old man was killed Tuesday morning at an Ogden factory that makes dog food.
Raul Ortiz, a packaging line associate, was fatally injured at the American Nutrition factory while trying to restart one of the machines about 3 a.m., according to a news release from the company.
The accident is under investigation by police.
Eric Olsen, spokesman for the Utah Occupational Safety and Health Division, said state investigators are also on-site.
